Bullying isn't the issue, people not standing up to the bullies is the problem.

If they don't want to learn anything and just get an easy A then that's their problem, so yeah if that's what happens then so be it. No one can help them on the test/final so they'd be screwed at that point.

I just don't care. Some people just really hate being in certain classes and don't want to pay attention, but still want to not fail at least.

The photo isn't real. Look at the sign. The sign itself and it's color suggests the sun is facing it directly, but if you look at the shadow, that would suggest that the sun is on the side of it. Also it seems to be facing straight forward.
