Really? I love capaldi. To me it seems more like prewar doctor. He reminds me of Three, who is one of my favorite Doctors. He's awkward, and older, and distant, and smarter, and extremely conceited about it. He cares and loves everyone, but is too damn cocky and afraid to say it aloud. 12 and Bill really remind me of 3 and Jo. (My second favorite friendship pairing, right behind donna and 10) she's kind of dumb, but cares a lot, and it outspoken, and has an odd fashion sense.
What I'm saying is, perhaps many of you have not seen a lot of old who, because 12 would fit right in with Doctors 1-7. He's a modern twist of 3 and 6, with a dash of 4 thrown in.

I feel the same way. Not because I'm afraid of the care, or cost, but I'm afraid I wouldn't love my kid as much if they were mentally ill. I'm afraid I wouldn't treat them right, or abuse them emotionally.

Okay, first of all, If you're going to insult the ship, do it properly.
*Still a better love story than the Doctor and Rose,
and Second of all, probably not, as the show basically defines Rose as the Doctor's soulmate, so nothing could really be a better love story.

I especially love seeing pictures of inter-racial couples taken during the 30's-50's. I just think "Look at them, breaking social norms for true love. Good for them"

Eternal consciousness. I could just... stop being me for a day. Take time off. Sleep for a million years and wake up unharmed. See everything, do everything, hear what others say in the dead of night when they think nobody can hear them.
