Are you able to exercise in a pool?
I have a disabled family member who goes to a community pool for exercise because of balance issues. It has really helped a lot because the water provides enough resistance to train muscles with the resistant hat hurts joints.
I know it’s not an option for everyone, but if you haven’t tried, it might be a good option.

I don’t think she was making so much of a point about the inaccuracies as a joke about mutations from radiation.

Equally important—because sometimes those traumas are very obvious to others—the aforementioned system is often part of what allowed the trauma to occur. That system permeates everything you think and feel and do. Some of those effects are obvious, making it more clear what to address. Some of those effects are insidious or buried or so laterally connected, it is hard to make the connection.

Vampires don't sparkle 4 comments

There is some speculation that people afflicted with porphyria are, in part, where the myth of vampires come from. Porphyria, a blood disorder, when untreated can cause some of the features we associate with the old vampires—thin lips with exposed teeth, thin or no hair, sunken eyes, curled hands… and a sensitivity to sunlight that causes blistering and a burning sensation.

Soooo… I don’t want to take away from how ridiculous the “plant-based mashed potatoes “ packaging is… but typically, mashed potatoes do involve cows in that they include butter and milk/cream or sour cream…
