Thats a good point. We as humans need less than 2000 calories a day. A balanced diet is better than a shit ton of empty calories or junk full of high fructose corn syrup.

Actions and words aren't lining up completely but I'm glad that I'm in a better position to be able to call out when she's not. I used to be a very passive person and just went along with everything to save myself from arguments.

Well, troubling is an understatement. You know when two people get married a union happens and no man/woman should break that apart. I never talked to God about my partner and I'm reaping the seeds that I sowed in that chapter of my life but I still have hope that counseling will help us resolve some of our issues. Big changes are required for me to stay in this relationship.
