Water. Having control over it also gives me control over it's temperature (most hydrokinesis descriptions say, so I'm assuming) and control over it's states of matter, ice and steam. I could form anything from ice, and also with practice pull water from the moisture in the air
And using water in the air, wrapping it around me, fly. Or at least jump super high and long distances
