you're not going to get a place where there aren't any screaming kids or big families. Walmart's not the only place those people shop.
And to the RV thing, its because Walmart as big parking lots and many people use it as a free "camp site"-an despite it being against company policy, many store managers will allow the RV owners a nice nap. it's not as if they're inside the store all day!
