I'm doing okay, been really busy. Joined a pop punk band which has been absolutely amazing. Found out my ex moved on though so that really just ouch but alas just trudging through it all. Also doing pole dancing again which is great for exercise and just self confidence

The comfortable sadness, the glorious fiery anger, the delicious smells and bright colours, the beautiful monotone days that almost always end in rain, good music and all your favourite books. Don't forget to enjoy everything that that world on your shoulder has to offer, don't forget to live your life for yourself aswell
I hope that I can help take at least a little of that weight and if I can't may there be those in your life who do, who bring a wheelbarrow or heck even a bloody crane to help drag all that weight that you carry through the bad weeks with you. You deserve to get all that you give out to the world my glorious friend.

I get that. I lived that role for my whole life until a few years ago. There's something so safe about carrying other's weight for them, [probably a childhood trauma response in the end, the only way to feel safe was to make sure the people around you were happy and their needs met, at least that's what I seemed to do it for]
I hope that the people you carry the world for help carry yours too. It's so great to help others just be sure to help yourself equally as much. Ask others for help when you need it because they care for you just as much and you're so much more than just an emotional crutch, revel and enjoy your hobbies in your free time as often as you can [even if your hobbies are naps or steeling geese] so long as you're getting what you need[and if you aren't looking after yourself so help me I will come find you and I will see to it personally]
