Yes, killing animals and agressive physical activities is kind of an instinct, but not murdering other people. Murderers most usually have a mental defect, normal people don't commit murder.

The chargers do, they can burst into flames (mainly the fifth generarion of iPhones), it's very rare, but it happens. I can recall one when I literally got burned from mine while charging. I'm talking about the original ones, not a third party replacement.
