Completely pointless response that adds nothing to the conversation!

Yeah, Aldi has them in the US, but that's because it's a German company. So, it's still kinda a European thing.

Lol.

"Somebody's making a killing."
Absolutely my favorite conversation in the series, and the delivery that absolutely made Garrus my favorite NPC.

And this, ladies and gentleman, is why the first scripted troubleshooting step when something won't turn on is "Is it plugged in?" Lol.

She most likely literally saved the studio. They had better have paid her a *massive* fucking bonus, lol.

I'm pretty sure it's an attempt to weed out "undesirable customers", aka homeless people.

It would be an isthmus, actually. A peninsula has three sides surrounded by water. An isthmus has water on two sides.

It's actually a lot more than just income. It is also about how much debt the person already has. If their debt-to-income is too high, they aren't lending. Also, to an extent, this is due to the housing crash back. Lots of banks got burned giving out bad loans to people, that eventually wound up upside-down when the housing market crashed. They are gun-shy now regarding risky mortgages.

Lol. That happened to my brother and his friend years ago. My family and I all woke up to the smoke detectors going off, the overwhelming smell of burnt pizza throughout the house, and what appeared to be a pile of charcoal in oven, lol.

They are considered by far the most dangerous animal in Africa. They are large, and viciously territorial. And they move a *lot* faster than you would expect.

And Dr. Strange let it happen. So, clearly it was a necessary part to allow them to win in the end.

One of the reasons I love Independence Day. That movie actually shows how the aliens coordinate a strike all around the world, and then shows the Americans sending notice to militaries all around the world about the plan to strike back.

And, in fact, there's a high likelihood that it will be the only x-ray you get all year, while they will be doing that many x-rays *every day*. So, yeah, there's a slight difference in exposure here.

That was kinda old-timey sailors in general, not just pirates. Working on ship meant a high chance of disabling or disfiguring injury.

Ah, yes. Of course. Everyone knows that any story with a male protagonist is inherently sexist. Obviously.

There are a wide number of reasons why someone could be on your property, and many would not be illegal. What if you have a medical emergency, and paramedics need to enter, but you are incapable of defusing the trap? Suddenly, you've killed or wounded paramedics.
