Interesting, I didn’t know that. My English is a little screwed up, being that my education in it was split between British and American spelling. When I was 5-9 years old, it was British, and after that it was American. It can make me inconsistent at times.

I don’t know about other countries, but I know that in Norway most EU policies are implemented soon enough. It can be stopped by a vote, but if the EU does it, EEA countries will likely follow. Hopefully the EU will test it and the other countries will see how bad it is and stop it.
