Bankrobbers, Preachers, What's the difference? I guess only one tends to rape children. At least bankrobbers just kinda rob banks.

How can you literally see the written word of what I was trying to say and then say I'm saying something else?

@celticrose, I know you meant well, but if you could at least do research into the topic at hand, then that would go a long way in preventing the spread of misinformation.

Aww, someone who hasn't read the Bible is trying to tell someone who studies it about what the Bible says.
Exodus 20:4 "You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. [5] You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, [6] but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments."
It makes no clarifications on the comments made in the first statement. You are not permitted to make anything that exists in reality. This could be interpreted to mean anything on Earth, but the Bible describes the Universe as a dome with Earth existing as the ground with the Sun, Moon, and stars existing as inside of the dome.

Oh and before you say "Humans can't live forever without being too bored to live!" Nobody truly believes that. A thousand years ago people might've said the same thing. "Who would want to live in a dirt hut, milking the cows, and walking thirty miles to the next village forever?!" Except society is constantly progressing to make life exciting for countless years. You got bored of living on Earth? Go to planet colony #523844 and live there for a while and repeat. But what about when you've seen every civilization, had every conversation, and whatnot. You aren't being forced to live forever. You can do what hundreds of thousands of humans have done throughout history and decide to turn yourself off.

I don't understand why people seem to think a biological brain and an android brain are different. A biological machine and robotic machine are the exact same except built differently. Humans are so, so flawed that we can't even eat without nearly killing ourselves. Our bodies are wonderous, but they were made through a process that focused on dying young and having a lot of kids which is why we aren't very good at living past fifty. Android bodies would have a lifespan around... forever really. You'd die when you felt like you've had a good life and nothing could truly kill you.
Issac Arthur did a great video on the subject of transhumanism which I suggest anyone who wants to know more go watch. He goes deeper into the philosophy of robotics than I've ever seen from anyone else. He talks about sci-fi topics as well, but they're never true sci-fi. Think of it like someone in 1920 talking about mobile phones. It's sci-fi then, but it's a technology that is nearly guaranteed to exist.

I can't think of a better way to explain what you just did than this:
Mayor: "What would you do if you fell off a building?"
You: "Not fall off a building?"
Mayor: "But what if you did?"
You: "I won't!"
Mayor: "But hypothetically."
You: "Hypothetically, I wouldn't fall off."

That's pretty true in Christianity actually. Worshipping (or even creating in literal interpretations) any type of figure, even if it is intended to be Yahweh of the Bible, is a sin and will result in eternal agony. I'm sure it applies to a few other religions, but I know for a fact that it's a fact in Christianity.

There are a few more celestial bodies other than the sun. I don't think you'd see many outside of a more detailed version of the moon or maybe Mars if the time is right.

Congratulations @bethorien, you've missed the point of this post in such an impressive manner that even I was impressed.
This also doesn't directly apply to intercourse due to the shift in topic. My previous post was about "Human" rights and how they'd apply to non-human entities due to their different needs. Werewolfs, Vampires, and other "Totally human with a different name" species don't exactly count as severely.
Also, disliking all my comments doesn't make me wrong, it only makes you feel better.

Preach. I somehow went from "Stay away from me" to people coming to me to vent about their problems which honestly are laughably small when compared to mine. I only really tolerate it because the size of the problem is irrelevant to how much it can affect someone plus they're my friends.

Cyborgs are lame and too prone to human affliction. Androids imbedded with human minds are far superior. Also, don't listen to Elon Musk. He is an impressive business man but he is woefully ignorant when it comes to science.

I'm fairly certain this technology exists. The question is less of "Can we do it?!" and more of "Can you afford it?".

You're looking at this the wrong way; you're looking at this like a human. We call them human rights because not having them is harmful to us and, likewise, some things aren't human rights because they are harmful. What if this species was such that having freedom of speech as a thing which actually causes them harm? You're looking at this as a real example rather than a thought experiment about what human rights are and how they'd extend to other species.
There are thirty human rights accepted by the United Nations. https://www.youthforhumanrights.org/what-are-human-rights/universal-declaration-of-human-rights/articles-1-15.html

Btw, putting a space (' ') on the line instead of '-' still gives you line skip without the jarring view.

That's true, but that doesn't negate what I said. It might be good to tell them to "Always be aware for enemy counterfire", but that doesn't get the point across as well as "If you can shoot them, then they can shoot you." It makes it more memorable, lightens the tone, and provides the necessary information.

I was trying to find the reason for this, but I failed. I did find that most toy cars have a scale of 1:43 which is far better.
