Hey, now, none of them died. They were just shrunk down to 5 inches tall and subsequently stretched to 8 feet, nearly drowned in chocolate, turned into a blueberry and then popped, or dumped into a massive trash pile and nearly incinerated.
So, y’know, just ptsd except for Agustus gloop.

And the small amount of professionals is literally just the police again, just presumably fewer and better trained maybe, who are going to be busy with the murder rates for the next year or 50 until all the reforms actually start having an impact

Even if the fbi doesn’t get defunded and cared -which makes no sense in the argument, especially considering drugs - I could just walk into a store and steal 2 cents worth of plastic dvds and who’d care

Dude if there were no police I’d have every goddamn video game for free and who’d stop me
It’s not immoral to pirate the same way it is to steal and it’s not a mental health issue

Sounds like the amount of power that a police officer has in the US is disproportionately high to the entry requirements, along with the unfortunate fact that the majority of black people in the US live in a crab bucket where the bucket is made of crime, poverty, gangs, and single motherhood, thus giving any murderous person who wants to murder someone without consequences an easy demographic to target while making it as hard as possible to justify jailing the murderer, statistically.

Or maybe it was your good luck to not get arrested by a psycho with anger issues and his three amoral buddies?

Apparently Ahmed grabbed the shotgun the son had so it might be manslaughter but more evidence needed

Darn wish I could do that. I’m split handed which means my brain is mushier than most people and it also means that one of my hands is better than the other at some tasks. Which tasks? Only one way to find out!

Scandinavia and The World - The urge to Viking is strong 8 comments

Welp that is the first time I’ve actually heard that. Now that I’ve actually looked it up, I’ve always assumed that Scandinavia was Norway Finland and Sweden, but I see now that Denmark is actually part of it. Whoops.

Actually the Finns were never Vikings. In fact they are probably the least contacted mainland culture, historically. Their language is radically different than anything around it and nobody invaded them, and they invaded no one.
