There are plenty of branches on the ground. I've never had a problem except when it's very wet in the woods.

You must choose from among the ground-localized branches. Choose wisely.

You eat them bones and all. There's an amusing scene in the film Gigi where Leslie Caron eats ortolan.

But, it doesn't seem to be sushi+pizza, it's sushi pizza!! No cheese or tomato anywhere, just pure Japanese flavors. Looks good but hard to eat.
