On another note, this cat video always upsets me. It's animal abuse.

Pour each of you a cup of tea, look her in the eyes and say "I am worried about your health. You are carrying excess weight and really, I'm concerned about you. Do you know what has caused you to gain weight? Are you unhappy about something? You know I'm here for you and will support you in any way." Don't be patronizing and don't assume you know the reason for her weight gain. It's often a manifestation of eating disorder which stems from fluctuating need for control and dissociation as well as depression. Just let her talk, and at the end of the conversation, discuss practical ways forward that you can help her with. It's helpful to have someone to be accountable to when you are trying to break bad habits.

Ewwww I enjoyed this pic up until reading that. She probably wiped a booger on that nice pork!

My favorite is buttered grainy bread, topped with Heinz beans and cheese, then another slice of buttered bread. Pop all that in the sandwich toaster for cheesy, beany heaven!
