One of the symptoms of immenent suicide is sudden large shifts to happiness, because they've accepted that they're going to kill themselves so they no longer have all their issues to worry about cause it won't matter.
To people who don't know, it just looks like they're getting better and finally having a good day after so many bad.
Suicide and depression just really sucks.

Don't drive in the left most lane then, especially if you're driving slower than the lane to your right. Left lanes are officially called passing lanes for a reason, and if you aren't passing people at a reasonable relative speed then you can get pulled over and ticketed.

The maximum on that scale is 40c or 104f. The maximum. There's a reason it's zoomed in on Europe, because if they included the rest of the world your see that that is a pretty weak temperature.

To be clear while this is true I would like to point out that it isn't really because of their inherent culture or because of their skin color. The driving factor is being poor and being surrounded by other poor people, which lots of immigrants come to the country poor (often depends on how the country treats them though), and then it's hard for a poor family to become not poor, along with ending up in communitiies that are also poor immigrants that can help them adjust to their new life and alleviate stress from being home sick. If you look at poor non POC in similar poor communitiies they're nearly just as likely to be in a gang, and in general the more supported/accepted immigrants are when they come in, they tend to have a much greater positive impact on the economy and culture they live in.
