To be fair there are a couple of things that I have noticed that are wrong. The index fletching is pointed in the wrong direction and he isn't picking an anchor point to draw back to, this would greatly decrease his accuracy.

I'm not sure why people are claiming Photoshop on this one. There are tons of differences in the 2 photos. Angle, lighting, most likely different cameras, exposure, ect. This is why most people with cameras aren't good photographers. Lots of subtile differences make a huge impact on the overall shot.

It's called csf rhinorrhea. Yes, it is a real thing and it usually happens if you break your nose high up and break the crista galli. This small piece of bone can puncture the dura mater around the brain and cause csf to drain though the nose.
