They got along, thy had a working professional relationship according to Adam Savage. They respected and trusted each other immensely but that doesn't mean they will have a BBQ together.

I understand that. Not everyone knows that though. Everybody I know just calls them numbers. I don't think I have ever heard anyone refer to numerals as being Arabic in daily life.

I find it misleading because not everyone knows that the numbers we recognize originated in the middle East. I find it misleading because of instead of just saying"numbers", Arabic has to be added to try and trap the person being questioned into some kind of perceived racism. The layperson may not know that 1, 2, 3, etc are Arabic numerals but everyone feels the need to point out "willful ignorance" and "idiocy" of the 57%.

You can do it! It can be tough to break the cycle but once you do it is a wonderful thing. I was there about 10 years ago.
