If you are right I feel bad that she has to live with the fact that she accidentally killed someone, I can't imagine what that is like just as I can't imagine how the victims family must be feeling, but she still should not be trying to get money out of the family. Yes I'm sure she has some anxiety and PTSD, most people would, but that kid is dead and his family had to bury their child so I'd say they got the shit end of the situation. And then adding a lawsuit on top of that is just awful and disgusting.

I don't think its ok to say that either but I think the reason people do is because people in this subculture are generally rude, arrogant, and under educated because they have the whole "fuck school" mentality, I see these people in the mall and they are usually the ones spitting on people from the second floor for kicks. While the nerdy can't-get-a-gf kid is generally a decent person so people feel bad when he gets picked on. I'm sure there are plenty of decent and nice "swag" type people but its the obnoxious ones that people notice and there are a hell of a lot of those so that is what people think of when they hear swag.
