Something particularly bizarre is happening to him at the moment, so yeah, he looks weirder than he "normally" is.

Specifically, why? I've heard the argument why he should be pardoned, but what's the lowdown on why not?

It's better than the game. Way more outfits and I don't have to buy boxes to see them.

Using his position as VP during the Obama administration to broker money deals with foreign powers, most notably with the Ukranian oil company Burismo with his son and also with the CCP government and agencies.

The Jedi are like a still sea, stagnant, and rotten. movement is inherent to all life forms, and to chain the force into inactivity imbalances it, and destroys it. Whatever goal the Jedi set out to achieve becomes impossible without action, something they have historically refused to take in many situations, leading to great falls and disasters. The Sith are the sea during a storm, powerful, majestic, but turbulent and ultimately lose control and are ironically powerless to fight the currents they themselves generated. So many Sith lose sight of their original goals and intentions, seeking only the accumulation of more power and prowess over their foes, dying in a sense of losing themselves before they are struck down by challengers or betrayers.

Well, with all that's going on, I wouldn't be surprised if somewhere, within that frame of time, at one of many places, something did happen.

You say this like I don't like any social media for the fact they get paid to tattle to whoever pays them money to do so. I especially don't like that for the fact of how far the CCP has taken it.

I mean, being smart enough to figure it out helped. The money was a part of it, but I feel it was but one component of how he achieved it.

An unfortunately true fact of the world of modern convenience is that Amazon would rather you quit or get fired than admit any of their workers deserve extra pay for working and keeping the company working during a pandemic. Hell, they were doing it before and have no reason to change their stance now.

I'm playing devil's advocate here, but just because socialism is a morally fair and altruistic system at heart doesn't mean it has any guarantee of success. There are plenty of good ideas that work in theory, but fail in practice, since that's all a good idea is: an idea. Proper implementation requires the idea change just enough to survive in the real world, rather than changing the world to fit the idea.

Saying you can fix the bureaucratical nightmare of governmental/corporate redtape and regulations by taxing more money from whoever you think should pay those taxes is like saying you can fill up a disgusting, cracked, and broken pool with more water. The water will be in the pool-until it drains out an you're left with with the same thing you started with. A filthy, broken, leaking pool with absolutely abhorrent puddles of filth lying about it.
