Recently, I've seen one where a woman was in bed with the red M&M and the husband walks in on them because he was early from work. The yellow M&M pops out from the closet and says "I think he's home early". Then the husband goes "you were going to eat them without me!" Or something along those lines.
It was weird O.o

There are some really good Bollywood movies, like the classic: khabi kushi khabi gham.
Even a newer one: yeh jeewani hai deewani.
So I wouldn't say all are bad and overdramatized

Then you will be very restricted. A person could have a friend who speaks the language take them around, or hire a tour guide or learn a few basic words to get them around.

I have one exam next week and I've started a while back but there's so much left to do I feel like jumping off of a cliff.
My exams are spread over two months so some are a week apart, some one after the other.

I'd probably use it as a bed because I'd be too lazy to move.
