We were trying to keep him in anyway, but my brother got a little careless and he slipped out a few days before. I went out and called for him for hours everyday for about 2 weeks, with no sign of him.

They’re there for a reason. This seems like a really idiotic thing to do. They’re just doing their jobs and you go speeding through it 17 times - putting other people in danger, 17 times.

Gastly can learn it through egg moves or move tutors and makes sense for Haunter and Gengar, so it should avaliable on evolution only.
Another thing that makes no sense is Absol’s typing. It is Dark type (known as evil type in Japan), though the only reason it being considered bad is because of misconceptions. It tries to warn people of disasters but is blamed for them. Shouldn’t it be reclassified as at least part Fairy or Psychic?
