Thanks :) don't worry about me, I won't kms because of strangers online and I'm mostly fine these days.
I have special needs (though not very severe, just hearing, and I find school quite easy). It sucks that that happened to you, everyone in my school is catered for. Extra sessions after school, handouts on coloured paper for dyslexia, extra time in tests...
If the world doesn't help you at all with your special needs, you have to demand help (within reason). If I ask to be sat at the front, etc, I always get it. It can feel a bit entitled at first, but I've learned that I need it and now I don't hesitate. Even big businesses will cater, to employees e.g. Sign language interpreters.

Well it's likely inconclusive due to a large variety of factors. Sure, don't believe everything you read, but it's not like I'm qualified to tell scientists with degrees that they're wrong. The results may be inconclusive now, but it's only the beginning. Rome wasn't built in a day ;)

Please don't come out to your family until you leave home, my parents actually /asked/ me if I was trans then got mad when I finally gathered up the courage to come out.. Wtf

Well dude I can't think of anything else that would make me seriously plan my own suicide. Yeah it's tmi but.. Seriously. If I was just trying to be special I would know that now looking back on it, sick of people trying to rewrite my own history

Guestwho, I don't say unfortunately because I'm ashamed or anything, but because of barriers in society (employers who won't like me etc) and also because gender dysphoria is pretty rough. My parents are not accepting so I have to listen to all their shit and wear crap clothes.
Plus there's relationships, a lot of people won't be able to deal with that, and even more don't have a proper idea of what's possible and won't bother even trying.
Scared as shit for uni, where I'll have to do all my name change stuff myself, start hormones myself (a good change but it is very major) and worry about being attacked.
Unfortunately there's more to being trans than just shame :/

I don't take any offense at all, yes I unfortunately am trans. I would like to top guys, but you can't really get decent prosthetics until you've been on hormones a whole.

If it was just a claim, why would I still be saying it was that 4 years later? I was undiagnosed because I had no idea how to reach for help due to stigma, and every time I admitted weakness I was treated like a joke. Most people have their first episode during puberty and I hope I shall never have another of such severity.
Also, consider: claiming you are depressed for attention (though I did not, I am certain it was legitimate) is mentally unstable in itself
