Good for you! That's what i love about books. No matter how awful things seem in life, when you read, you can immerse yourself in someone else's world and completely forget the troubles around you.

I get all fuzzy inside when i see the world flood with support when there is great injustice. Despite our differences- beliefs, lifestyles, language, ideals- we are all people and we band together to support and share love to a suffering country. It gives me hope for the future that we can all work together and fix problems instead of fighting about them

Everything is just so bad! People are bad, natural disasters are bad. So much death and destruction results from a nonstop tornado of bad. When will it all stop? When will the hatred, the fighting, the destroying, all just cease?

I still remeber getting up early to see them. The Cliff Hanger stories were always my favorite

Right? Even though the cramps are awful, i'd rather endure them than ask to go on birth control and have my parents question my sexual activity- or lack thereof

I have always had awful cramps and used to take Pamprin which is specifically for period cramps, but got little relief. During my current time of the month, i did more research and learned about prostaglandins and how they cause the pain and irritation. All the articles i read about that said to take ibuprofen for it, so i took some childrens Motrin and it made a helluva difference. So, i too advocate for ibuprofen medicines.

*Me* i am sometimes in awe of how long I've dealt with this. The years of missing school and suffering through field trips dont seem to be going away anytime soon

Book slappers should be a thing 20 comments

Absolutely. That being said, when the movie is drastically different from the book and events key to the plot are changed, then the directos need a slap. But, the addition, rearrangement, or deletion of moments and scenes can make for a much more interesting movie.

That's what they look like? It looks with a giant pen with an eraser that somehow perfectly matches a DS
