I need school to start so my perpetual life of make it yourself food and not doing physical activity stops. Also gives me more motivation to write my musicals if I can get direct and near instant feedback from a teacher who knows what she's doing

I'm hoping to become a broadway writer, or a senator (two vastly different things I know) and both of those make great money, and make a lot of friends that do so as well. If I ever went out alone I would leave min 20 dollars regardless of service, and more based on the service. If I have friends with me I'll probabaly pay the bill and everyone else pays for their meal by leaving tip.
Honestly if 1 person is paying the tab I think you should do that anyway

The man on the left should be paid more then he is. He should be able to live lavishly, not just comfortably. That's not what the 15 dollar an hour crowd is for. They don't want a lush lifestyle. Those people want to be able to live off a full time job, like 60+ hour work weeks.

No one in any influential position wants to have 7.25 one day and straight 15 the next. It would be a gradual increase taking place over years.
