Dogs are amazing, I agree, but cats require less maintenance, are usually quieter, and generally make better pets for the elderly.

Gained muscle weight. Check.
Learned a ton of random stuff, such as the art of driving, tai chi, how to draw manga, and the basic functions of neurons in the body. Check.
Saved almost enough for an old car plus 6 months of insurance, parts and gas. Check.
Puberty keeps working miracles. Check.
And most importantly, made new friends, went new places, and helped people. Check.
I think I'm good too :)
