The dog has trillions of bacteria living inside it. So, mister smarty yogurt man isn't as clever as he thinks.

There really isn't a reason to memorize all of this. Just plug "y=x^3" or whichever base function into your graphing calculator. Then you can plug the equation you are analyzing into your second equation to compare. Otherwise, you can just make a T-chart and graph them by hand.

It could take much longer than 7000 years, considering how far the majority of stars are, as well as the expansion of space between them and Earth.

Thankfully, that is not quite how it works. Otherwise, anyone who lost a limb would have children missing that limb.

I am only going on theories that have been proven to fit observations here. Our best provable guess thus far involves the Standard Model, and all luminous matter is made up from different collections of quarks and leptons. And busy bosons are making things happen. Sure, we know it isn't the whole story (and it isn't as interesting as those modern ideas), but it serves most purposes.

Encryption systems based on letter position. Coding systems like ASCII. Your statement is the opposite of true, since there is no logical reason the letters of the alphabet would not be put in an order.

A robot of that level of sophistication probably requires tools that are not as rudimentary as a flat head screwdriver.

And everything you see in the universe is just a different combination of a few fundamental particles. Emergent properties are amazing.

How I wish I could get people in real life to follow my script in imaginary life. My slice of the universe would be a much better place, even for them.

The cholesterol, triacylglycerol, and salt content makes it terrible for you. It is also essentially tons of empty calories. Personally, I think it usually tastes bad, too. So, you don't need a religious reason or to be part of some fad to avoid bacon.

There is more to it than that. The most important distinguishing factor between a benign tumor (which can still be harmful) and cancer is the ability to infiltrate other areas of the body. Your description fits a benign tumor.

To be fair, at least it is fun, as is the intention of this site. Too many posts are about veganism, sexuality, race, and other garbage that just provokes arguments. You could probably scroll past it, instead of calling someone an idiot.

That's better. I still wonder why many of those countries send people to America to go to school. Someone is going to say "those are our country's rejects". I raise the point that a lot of countries only send their top performers to secondary school, and the top performers from that to post-secondary school. In the US, nearly everyone goes to secondary school, and college is fairly common, as well. So essentially, they are comparing the top performers of some of these other countries to average students here (some of whom are rejected from attending school in there country). This is what we call skewed results.

*you're using "your" incorrectly. I did concede that it was my opinion. My perception of it being a social oddity does not make it so, but the fact that it is a social oddity does make it so. I know what a straw man argument is, I was using it properly. Your argument was "there are many cultures where a woman with a shaved head or very little hair is the norm and there you would be the minority". My argument was not predicated on cultures where that is the norm. Additionally, my argument is not about shaved heads, it is about half-shaved heads. So it absolutely is a straw man argument on the grounds that I did not attempt either of those points.

I don't think we are quite that low, but we are definitely delusional if we think we are still at the top. Our quality of education has been declining, and it is quite appalling in primary school.
