My high school... or generation for that matter, must have been different. We had a 'popular' group that was smart. Football players, science geeks, cheerleaders, class clowns... My graduating class was two hundred ninety seven.

I don't know. Sometimes the ends really get me. The series I am reading now is almost always raging at the characters or bawling my eyes out because the one that didn't deserve to die dies. then there are the scars borne for all to see after the series is done. Books do have strings attached. If they don't, you are not reading the right ones.
