Yes I know, I read that, he has a chance of getting free but that's why you play it smart, get evidence on him and then you get him incarcerated. I know how it works. Yeah I know that's why I said to take him to the police so they could arrest him. And I don't think there really is a right way to handle this situation, it's really just what you personally think is the best thing to do.

First of all the molester didn't kill anybody so don't take it to that level. And killing in general is a pretty terrible thing but for some people you have to do it. But in this case I wouldn't approve of killing the guy but take it into my own hands by knocking him out and then take him to the police.
