I'm a woman and I literally google "clothes for tall women" or something like that. I ordered some long pajama pants from Old Navy, looked around on longtallsally.com, and bought some things from random sites I visit. I usually find what I'm looking for but the prices of the merchandise or the shipping and handling tends to get super expensive.

Don't know why I gotta thumbsdown. I'm tall myself. I have to shop online for many of my clothes.
