2.police check out site and interview 'random' person and sketchy person
3. Find 'incriminating' evidence of said sketchy person
4. Lol nope
5. Check again / zoom in unrealistically close on something
6. Shock everyone: the killer is the random person!
*if they go above and beyond, they throw in some character development and a little sexual tension between the 2 detectives/officers
