It's not bullshit. It's people trying to seem noble and pretending physical attraction doesn't exist. Most guys I've ever known will comment on any of the three, plus a girls face or figure, if they find it attractive on a particular girl. However what they need to realise is it is not a NECESSITY for us to seek these features, it's just nicer if a good person has them
I am a straight girl.. But a nice butt is a nice butt.. I can get distracted by both men an women but I can't get emotionally attached to someone if I don't like their personality. But not everyone finds the same things attractive, I'll gawk at awesome curves and a nice body on anyone , but I'm more attracted to a nerdy awkward guy when looking for a partner.
Funny, the other day my sister asked me if I'd sleep with Loki/Tom Hiddleston and I said I would and she gave me a weird look and asked me if I was gay and I was like "I'm not gay, I just wouldn't be able to pass up an opportunity like that"
