I won the toilet lottery at my home. I have an outlet in perfect distance from the toilet so I can charge my phone while taking a poo and browsing on my phone

So the garage where my boss and everyone in this company brings their car to had a very cute and old labrador. The first time I brought my bosses car there he sat next to me the entire wait occasionally getting called away by his owner because he isn't officially allowed to sit by the customers but since I'm a vet assistant they were relatively fine with it and he was very persistent in coming back. Other customers always tried to pet him too or try to call him over but he always stayed at my feet. So over the course of 2 years whenever I was there waiting for one of the cars the dog would sit with me and I soon became his favorite person at the clinic too. If I wasn't there when he had to come he wouldn't accept treats so since we noticed that I made sure I was there to cuddle with him during treatment. 2 weeks ago his owner called me to say he was going to have to let him go and asked if I could come to help eventhough it wasn't my night to be on stand by.

My dog rarely has people that she doesn't like so with most people I'm like yeah she loves humans but then with some who seem to need a bit positivity I'll go like oh she never really likes other humans that much while my dog is fully going at it trying to kiss them. The tiny flikker of pride while melting away of cuteness because Bailey is being the adorable little shit she is is totally worth it.

Eventhough my grandpa never came with us for dinner I still wish I have had the opportunity to take him somewhere. He died last month so obviously I can't now and in hindsight he was never really the kind of guy so he always would send my grandmother alone with us. But still it would have been a nice memory.

That could have turned out worse

Most horses do. My horse on the other hand doesn't reflect me at all. I can be pissed of about something and she'll be a happy little shit, I can walk on a cloud nine and she'll do anything else except working with me. And she only does that with me too. She perfectly reflects the girl who comes to ride her sometimes. When that girl is in a bad mood my horse won't let her catch her.
