Ok firstly, this is talking about giving money to a homeless person (in its original context) secondly even if you have a good job, you don't always have half a bank worth of paper money on you plus some people in this world do have to go days or weeks with little or no available money, I have many times usually due to unforeseen circumstances.

The whole government is one sick, overplayed joke, half of congress belongs in a retirement home and the other half a graveyard. Obama, don't get me started on him, courtesy of his stupid 'health care fuckup' my health insurance went from $750 a month to $1750 and since I'm self employed I can't get any subsidies at this point it's cheaper for me to get fined for not having insurance and to pay for $400 in meds out of pocket!. So yeah don't mind me if I have 0.0000000000000% Faith in any career politician. I'm voting for a monkey from the San Diego zoo for president!

The one hanging from his wrist isn't a walkman its a voice recorder. The one thing is also a tv not a radio, also at least one of the radios is not portable hence the need for the (somewhat)portable boombox on his shoulder as for the second walkman it appears to be an am/fm radio and the one in his chest pocket is a discman which is a very early cd player.

They have liability waivers that cover any injuries that could be potentially sustained during martial arts training, which in a nutshell would say 'the dojo and its employees cannot be held responsible for any injuries that maybe sustained' I used a similar form when I allowed people to hunt on my property a few years ago. It protected me from anybody suing me if they fell out of a tree stand or shot themselves in the foot (both of which happened) but it also allowed me to hold them responsible for any damage they did to my property.
