Would probably cook faster separately. If you do both it wastes energy, and more importantly time, heating the cup. Also you won't get even heat distribution with that set up. One part will probably still be cold unless you stop to stir every 30 seconds or so, but that would also waste energy/time to reheat the inside of the microwave.

It's a technique in photography that essentially makes a normal scene look like a photo of a miniature model. You can create the effect with a (super expensive) tilt shift lens or in photoshop. Also if they are swarming they will set up in a spot not too far from the original hive while the scouts look for the best place to set up the new hive. So a lot of the time they will move on in a day or two.

I used to be the same way, had to be bottled and ice cold to taste decent. But I got one of those Brita things you screw onto your tap and it tastes much better than even bottled water.

I can't stress enough how important this is. By not finishing a course of antibiotics, not only are the remaining bacteria able to reproduce, but they are more resistant to the antibiotic.
