A reporter, James J. Morrison, was found seemingly following a bus transporting the jury of the Rittenhouse trial.
.
He was arrested* (and given a traffic citation for running a red light iirc) under suspicion of jury tampering/trying to photograph the jury.
.
After being arrested he said he was working for MSNBC's Irene Byon, who is a producer iirc from MSNBC New York.
.
The judge of the trial banned MSNBC from the court room for the remaining duration of the trial while they investigate the incident.
.
Irene Byon almost immediately deleted all her social medias. MSNBC released some sort of statement saying Morrison was a freelance reporter who had never had any intention of photographing the jury members.
.
The spin quickly becoming it was all a coincidence, and that the reporter wasn't arrested for anything to do with the jury at all, merely for a traffic violation

A place people tried to burn down in riots a year ago or so, and then shrieked bloody murder when they weren't allowed to kill a 17 year old via mob-justice

Based on the arguement I've heard so far, by the mere fact that she possesses a gun we are now allowed to attempt to cave her skull in until she dies.
.
Although the 16 year old part may actually technically be illegal. I'm not 100% sure if the law said 16 or older or 17 or older

It's called grasping at straws. When you have a weak case, but are also morally outraged and you want to punish the person for anything you can
.
The worst part is that's an insanely easy fact to verify if you avoid the media outlets that have lied about this case from the start. It's almost as easy as verifying Kyle didn't shoot black people

....even if you do present much of it as if it is fact
.
Oh, and please prove he joined a "far right militia" before you present that as fact.
.
Because people having guns and not agreeing with your politics doesn't automatically make them Hitler

-Lie #1: He did not cross state lines with a weapon. At least not prior to the shootings, at any rate
.
-Lie #2: He WAS charged with breaking curfew and with illegal possession of a firearm. Both were dismissed. The first on account of it being bullshit (literally no one else as far as I know was charged with curfew breaking the night of); the second on account of him literally not being illegally in possession of a firearm according to the law
.
-Opinion: "he was a wannabe vigilante." That's why he was offering medical aid to protestors, rioters, and "militia members" alike, and gave up his body armor iirc, AND tried to get help from the police.
.
-Opinion: "he made some big mistakes." Name them. While offering first aid Kyle was called to put out a fire and was attacked and by a man with a gun, and an unmedicated serial pedophile who had threatened to rip his heart out
.
I suppose the last two are more opinion so I'll amend from calling them outright lies for now

Also weird: you pretending to give a fuck about this "poor kid" now just so you have another soapbox to lecture from
.
You didn't care about his well-being a year ago, a month ago, a week ago. This meme is most certainly not the turning point to push you in that direction

It's weird you think this meme is about Kyle and not the prosecutor pointing a rifle at 12 jury members in a court house with his finger on the trigger
.
Say what you want about Rittenhouse, he actually did practice better gun safety in a night when 3 people were shot than this idjit did in the 15 minutes he held this weapon in his hands
.
The thing to make it more entertaining is Binger did it while talking about how reckless Kyle had been with the weapon

But for some reason pathetic people like the guy in this tweet would rather blame a 17 year old for not getting killed, than the government officials they nurse so readily from the assholes of.

And now that THAT'S out of the way, I'll talk about their crimes again.
.
Because, for the record: rosenbam did get trials. Several of them.
.
He was supposed to be on anti-psychotic medication of some sort. Iirc he wasn't taking it for over a week prior to the night he saw a 17 year old with a rifle and made he decision that HE was going to make that 17 year old regret thinking he could walk down a street in the United States of America.
.
The others got trials, too. Grosskreuitz and zaminski have some upcoming relating to that night if memory serves correct. Zaminski also had a gun if I recall correctly.
.
So you can take this Victim bullshit and shove it.
.
Rosenbam was a convicted offender, off his medication, taking part in a riot so violent buildings were being burned to the ground. Where the police were not permitted to help.
.
The only person he's a victim of is the government officials that allowed those riots to happen at all.

The media then has a fucking field day making outlandish claims.
.
Kyle is a white supremacist. Kyle carried a gun across state lines. Kyle had the gun illegally. Kyle killed 3 black men. Kyle was there looking to murder people.
.
And finally, uneducated, inept idiots, whose only defining features are their horrendously big mouths take to Twitter to further try and decimate the life of a 17 year old. Over a case they didn't bother researching for more than 2 minutes.
.
And now, here we are.

Kyle fires at the man who kicks him, but he misses.
.
Huber comes back around and hits Kyle in the head again with a skateboard and makes a grab for Kyle's gun. His hand turns the barrel of the gun into his own ribcage in the process. Kyle fires the gun. Huber goes down.
.
at this point Grosskreuitz returns. He approaches Kyle with a loaded glock in his hand. He puts his hands in the air. And then he runs at Kyle, gun aimed at Kyle's head. Kyle fires and hits Grosskreuitz in the bicep.
.
Kyle then gets up and runs to the police (while gunshots are heard behind him). He tells the police he had to shoot someone. They pepper spray him and tell him to go home.
