As a final note - you could have made at least a little effort to memeify this :s

So, while this may express the opinions of the people who took the survey - which they are entitled to - I fail to see it as an accurate representation of Canada. That's my personal stance, don't expect you to agree with me.
.
.
I also am not, nor did I ever on the other post, saying this may not actually be how Canada as a whole feels. Just that I don't believe you can say with absolute certainty how 38.1 million people feel based off of 1500.

I don't really see how this resolves any of the concerns mentioned on surveys - actually just adds more to them since, again, nearly half the people involved were from another country.
.
Assuming I'm reading this correctly [and please let me know if I'm not] approximately 600 of the remaining participants came from one province -- ontario. An additional 400ish are from Quebec, a province that has been so tightly under control people were about to be subjected to yet another curfew.
.
This leaves a third of the 1500 votes for the entire rest of the country.
.
This also don't take into account the types of people inclined to take these surveys. Most of the people who would agree with the convoy are.... At the convoys. Not taking surveys.
.
This is actually one of Canada's biggest faults and is largely how we ended up stuck with Comrade Trudeau for so long

"This web survey was conducted from February 4 to February 6, 2022, with 1,546 Canadians and 1,005 Americans, 18 years of age or older, randomly recruited from LEO’s online panel."

I found it more confusing than terrifying but I can see where the concern comes from

I also have no idea when we stated allowing halflings to vote. Not against the idea per se, but their vote should still at least count as one

It's my expectation that they ask a hell of a lot more than 1,200 before touting that they speak for all of Canada.
.
This is the valid opinion of 1,200 people. This is not an accurate picture of all of Canada. Pretending it is is as big of a joke as the man currently playing the part of our Prime Minister

So I just took a poll exclusively with truckers in Ottawa my dudes, and based on that 100% of Canadians are in favour of the convoy staying and mandates dropped
.
Additionally at least 90% think Trudeau should resign.

And people cheer it on now - because they disagree with the message of the convoy.
.
Okay, fine.
.
What happens when it's a movement you do agree with, though?
.
What happens if the next Prime Minister decides he really doesn't like the LBTQ parade.
.
Or he's just not that much of a fan of people talking about the residential schools
.
Your child's prescription was laced with fentanyl you say? No. No, you do not. They suggest you think very carefully about whether that REALLY happened or not.

They can't do that. It would damage the narrative, and the narrative is everything.
.
.
You can watch livestreams. In Ottawa at least the majority of people willing to speak are speaking in favour of the convoys.
.
There has been no violence in Ottawa that I've been able to find - other than someone trying to run a protestor over
.
The mainstream media in Canada is so bias and so fucked that protestors - hell, VETERANS - inside the city, will ask who you're with, and if it's someone like CBS, they will refuse to talk to them. Because they know they won't be represented by them.
.
This is how Canada is run. A few hundred people took a vote and decided the fate of millions.
.
A few hundred people took a poll and decided the narrative of the media.
.
Two corrupt - actual verifiably criminal - leaders of political parties made a decision. And millions of Canadians are now held hostage by their banks and government.

People are gonna have to forgive (or get over) me having a bit of a one-track mind currently.

The emergency act enforcement is so extreme it is only intended to be used against the worst terrorists in the most egregious times.
.
And it has been enacted against every citizen of Canada at Trudeau's discretion. Because people said "I don't consent to being forcibly injected with a drug" and took part in what is arguably one of the MOST peaceful protests in history.
.
As I recall you didn't even want to use a gun to defend yourself from a man threatening mass physical violence and destruction.

@karlboll
You fascinate me because you claim to be such a fighter against injustice, and yet you spew the lies of the government again and again and again.
.
You're not in my country. You haven't been within ten feet of a protest here I guarantee.
.
Have you watched any footage not provided by the media sources Trudeau pays for?
.
Have you looked into the numbers behind the research you're citing - the ones citing what the majority of Canadians want? The majority of Canadians didn't even want Trudeau twiceover.
.
Do you know what the emergency acts are?
.
Do you know what powers they've robbed from citizens of Canada?
.
How about the seizure of Canadian bank accounts?
.
The attempts to take over the internet?
.
How about the RCMP sabotaging property?
.
Do you care? Are you on board with this?
.
Do you even know what the truckers wanted?
.
Would it bother you more if the truckers were waving rainbow flags and fighting for lbtq?

I honestly hope it doesn't come to that. But he's made it a crime for Canadians to not consent.
.
.
.
Secondary to that, I hope everyone rooting him on one day ends up living under exactly the government they deserve

For all the jesting in this, it's honestly horrifying that Trudeau thinks he can do this.
.
.
Conscription under threat of imprisonment to force tow trucks to haul the protestors away.
.
Shutting down bank accounts at their own discretion.
.
Stealing money from donor.
.
Arresting people merely for standing in a place.
.
.
All because he can't admit he was wrong and just let the population -- which are 80% vaxxed already (many against their will) -- who didn't even vote for him live how they see fit.
.
And he still wants to censor the internet as well.
.
If this is allowed to stand Canada as we know it will cease to exist

This isn't politics anymore. This is beyond politics. And, if there is only one thing in your entire life relating to politics that you pay attention to, it should be the invoking of the emergency acts.
