read my comment. I corrected myself when I said I found out only Disney made it Arabian. Not the original. I've never watched the movie before which is why I thought it was meant to be set in China (as the original had). I didn't realise Disney changed it so you can't blame me for thinking so.

OK I just looked it up and found out only the Disney version made it Arabian. Original was set in China.
