Respect my choice as a meat eater and I wont bother you about being against meat 23 comments

Again, you take my point to the extreme. Tell me where I said you can be a vegan in a life or death situation. You’re arguing against an argument I never made

@funkmasterrex You don’t need meat to survive though, and like I said, it’s an extreme example, not one I’d actually use. Also, I’m not even vegan myself, and I never even said the two were comarable, that is not relevant for what I’m saying

While I eat meat myself, the wording in the title is a bit silly, to a hardcore vegan this looks something like “respect my choice as a racist and I won’t bother you against being against racism”
Extreme example, I know, but it’s just to show that this is a weird argument to make

“The coolies will stay soft longer”? What hellhole do you live where the cookies are soft instead of crunchy/crispy?

I don’t get the whole raw foods thing. Veganism has proven health benefits (doesn’t mean I’m gonna gove up eggs and dairy though), but cooking our food may have been one of the greatest leaps forward our species has known, it allows you to get so many more nutrients from it, and we’ve even evolved so that (some) raw foods can actually harm us now

We are not fish, but our eyes work similar to those of fish, i.e. we can both see through substances that are translucent, like air or water
