What sox said^. Also, there is a difference between knowing you are depressed and telling it to everyone you see. I could tell I was depressed, but to have it medically proven you have to seek help and that is hard. I know I should have done it but the ones who could tell I was not okay supported me, and it will be fine. Maybe I will have the courage if it will return, but going to a specialist was exactly the thing that would make everybody know there was something wrong with me. And I didn't want that.
