What implications would this have for Santa though? Do you have to know it's a lie for a scar to show up? What if a kid says Santa is real, and then suddenly finds a fresh cut, and that's how they find out?

So my grandma is a therapy dog handler who takes her three dogs to hospitals, and they're all really well behaved and calm. Except for the youngest one. He's fine once they're in the room with the kids, but until the door is opened he shoves his face against it and whines until he can go in. Kids love it.
