Two separate measures being non-mutually exclusive is not a contradiction.

Technically he didn't play a black guy in Star Wars seeing as humans have a different set of races and mace windu's race is "korunnai"

Hanging deaths send you into unconscious instantaneously. What you are talking about is either a short drop hanging which was never done in America or a botched hanging where the person didn't fall far enough and died by strangulation which was rather rare of an occurrence and only happened if the hangman fucked up the rope length.

hanging is instant when done correctly and was far easier to do correctly than the electric chair. Floor drops, person falls, they die and feel nothing. With the electric chair they took around 8 minutes to die and its form of no pain wasnt fully no pain, before you go unconscious the area around the electrode has the blood vessels rupture and the way that it actually went was sitting there giving 30 minute bursts of electricity and having an doctor checking if they are alive after every burst. even if a hanging went wrong you would pass out from lack of blood flow.

Upwards of 6 thousand people die daily in the United States alone and no one talks about them either.

Just a bit of devils advocate for what the reply in the post says.
One could argue that Israel, a Jewish country, has wide influence, a lot of fingers in a lot of pies and pretty heavy influence in American government and corporations because money, the same thing that the aforementioned boomers use to have their influence, fingers in a lot of pies, and influence over American government and corporations.

Based on the language and "cartoon violence" as well as depicted drug use dota 2 would very likely get a M rating and would get a minimum of T, the only reason it isn't is because it's entirely online and as such not rated.

Once you get the weight onto your shoulders it's really easy as at that point you don't have to use your arms to keep the weight up you just have to use your arms to keep the weight still in the case of a person that's just holding onto their legs.

The requirements for libel and slander are different in various places, in quite a few places the statements don't even have to be false, they just have to be said or structured in a way meant to put the person or entity in a negative light or harm their image

5 minutes isn't really enough to brave a hallway packed with people in the opposite direction of your class to the one of two sets of 3 stall bathrooms in a building with 250-300 people

that is indeed a personal attack. You are attack him rather than his current arguement. trying to make him look bad and potentially trying to make him feel bad instead of attacking his current aguement. that's a personal attack. thats character evidence and completely and utterly useless in anything other than than the court of public opinion. its also completely your negative opinion of him stated as fact which is slander as well.
