The word "racist" should hit like a punch to the stomach
It's truly abhorrent
Sadly now it gets used so quickly and casually It's lost much of its meaning

It depends
Some say that it's now not necessarily whites that are racist, but that the "power structures" in place favour white people
.
There are several things wrong with this, but for one:
The structures and institutions in Western countries are not primarily based on power. That's incorrect, technically
They're fundamentally based on something like competence
.
One evidence of this is that very young children are the most violent of all humans, from a technical perspective. Sure, 2 year olds don't do much damage, but humans become less violent as they grow older
.
Another piece of evidence is that chimpanzee troops are very sophisticated creatures, and yet hugely less sophisticated than we are, and the alpha male in troops isn't the most aggressive chimp
It's actually the male that is the most socially sophisticated, the one who spends time with the females and young, grooming and building rapport and relationships
.
So yeah, CRT is cancer

The identitarian left is as bad as the identitarian right
Different sides of the same coin
Judging/grouping people by immutable characteristics instead of treating people as individuals based on character
