I fact checked this and it doesn't appear to be an actual quote by Wilde
Nonetheless, there's a certain poetry to it, and a picture of this witty chap is a nice little dose of history in and of itself

Yeah, I've moved on to artworks now. I may have put some extra paint on the Mona Lisa, but I've squared it with my conscience as I'm not violating a conscious being

It's an interesting case study, comparing Belarus to Poland or Estonia post-USSR
Belarus stayed with the far-left economic model of centralised planning
Poland and Estonia took the opposite approach: free market based.
The differences in prosperity and living standards are stark

Corporate structures being dominated by men is primarily a result of biology. Dr Peterson worked as a clinical psychologist for many smart, conscientious, talented women in high end law firms. These women are earning maybe $300,000+. The firms wanted to keep them; they were their best assets in many ways. Women are hypergamous (a cross cultural phenomenon, so again it's primarily biological) so their partners are already earning equal or more. When these women reach ~30 they go part-time/retire to raise kids. High end lawyers often work 60+ hours a week
