I visited my grandparents. It was my grandma's 88th birthday and my grandpa, who has dementia, was in a very good mood.

My very timid dog went off-leash for the first time at the park today and played with some other dogs!

My grandad came to visit and he said I could keep his watch that I borrowed for a fancy wok dinner

My sister cooked dinner for everyone! (There are 10 of us)

I washed my dogs and we all sat in the sun together and had breakfast. Now they're all clean, warm and lovely. Reading everyone else's comments is making me smile, so that's good too.

We should do this once a week. Just reflect on the little things that made your day nice

True. It makes me happier knowing that everybody had something to appreciate in their whole day. I feel so complete right now.
