I rescued two cats a month ago, they were being set to be euthanized. I'm not a cat person, but I'm not heartless either. I've never seen two happier cats. They still snuggle next to me for hours, I think just happy to feel safe and loved.

Ok here me out, im currently living in Mexico as a Mexican American and it smells like it has that afternoon vignette-y filter on, at least compared to america. Like it smells warm and dusty and sweet, like little wafts of perfume and hibiscus flowers, and gasoline. Maybe its just me, but I really like it.

Maybe the paranoia and overprotection was a good thing. Maybe something would have happened without all the prep? Are we gonna slam the media for being scared about a shooting when they happen literally all the time? At this point, it can happen anywhere. We should be happy that nothing happened and all those moviegoers were safe, and move on.

I asked this to my Mexican host mom and she said the horse sized duck, in case she wins then she can kill it and eat it. Duck meat is very tasty.

NO he's RIGHT. And let me just EXPAND by saying SKIRTS were invented for WOMEN not MEN. It's IMPOSSIBLE for a scottish man to wear a KILT without desexualizing his body. Where are the CURVES? The LEGS? Where is his REAR END? Men who want to continue being TOTALLY SNATCHED should not own kilts at all.

He actually had no siblings. At least none that made it to the history books. Over half of everyone born in that family kicked the bucket. Don't marry your first cousins, kids

Ooh another feminazi meme. Although, this one does seem to be ironic on purpose? The posters are a similar format and they hold them right next to each other.

And aunt. And cousin. Crazy what 16 generations of inbreeding will do to your family tree.

My mom was a high school teacher and she said the teachers gossiping about each other in the teacher's lounge was so bad she usually ate in her class.

We used to have a hole under our porch and there was the fattest possum you ever saw that lived there, and my parents were going to have it killed and fill in the hole but we (the kids) were like "noo!" So we waited a couple years and one day it crawled out and died I think of old age, and then we filled in the hole. I, personally, found it very... holesome.

They're kind of wild, mostly harmless, but I imagine if they're bred in captivity, sure. I've never heard of someone with a possum pet (and I live in Kansas, so they're very common). Most people consider them vermin.

Using philosophy to reason about the existence of God is not "duh, poof." It can be a logical endeavor.
