Now let me clarify that last comment. I have only heard tale of black people being ragged for their skin color. Brown people are ragged for their nationality or religion and yellows are...I've never heard of Asians being discriminated against in modern times actually...
And we seem to treat Indians with respect? But back on topic, brown people are discriminated against for the association of religion and nationality, not for skin color like black people are.

Why do we say "person of color"? Are we referring strictly to black people or does the discrimination also extend to yellows, browns, and reds? Because from my limited exposure to racism, PoC is almost always the PC way of referencing black people.

I'm not sure how the hiring process works, but if I was a store manager and if I was the only one making hiring decisions I would hire because I'm straight out of fucks to give.
