Aren't the army tests in place to ensure that those who fight are in peak physical condition? For the same job, peak physical condition is still different for both men and women. It's based on biological differences. This isn't to say that women can't meet the same standards as men if they personally want to; but the base level of their peak physical condition should be set according to their body's biology.
