You do whatever the fuck the cop tells you to do. Put your hands behind your head, face away from me, walk backwards towards the sound of my voice, get on your knees, lie face down with your arms and legs spread, etc. Not doing so make you at risk of being tazed, pepper sprayed, tackled, charged with resisting arrest and even shot. Source: I live in a shit neighborhood, never seen someone get shot by a cop, but I've seen everything else.

True primitive tribes also have a life expectancy of about 45 years. I'll take modernity so at 50 I won't have been dead for 5 years.
