There's been a few high profile incidents like this caught on camera. Homeless people asking celebrities for $20 for food, then refusing actual food when given to them. Homeless people don't want food. There are any number of places they can get food for free. They want money for drugs and, or alcohol. That's just reality.

That doesn't actually work outside of the movies. It takes a considerable amount of air in your system to actually do anything. Just connecting or changing an IV will introduce about as much air as the movies claim will kill you.

When's the last time anyone actually saw a hand written prescription in real life? It's all computerized these days. They either send the prescription directly to your pharmacy or hand you a computer printed prescription.
