1. Stop getting your "news" from social media and political websites, channels.
2. Don't speak for everyone. I always check multiple news outlets for news. Sometimes even generally reliable sources make mistakes or try and put a spin on something.

Because they actually want to look at what your showing them, not just glance at it.
